Do I need myDATA credentials right away?
No. Start in **Sandbox**: upload, validate, and clear errors. Add production credentials when you’re ready to submit.
Does the AI handle Greek and English?
Yes. OCR and validation support **Greek & English** documents.
What happens if a document has errors?
You’ll see **plain-language reasons** and **safe fix suggestions** (single or bulk). Re-validate in one click.
Can I import historical documents or client lists?
Yes. Use **bulk upload** for PDFs/CSVs/XLSX and **CSV import** for clients.
Will this replace my accounting system?
No. TaxLayer focuses on **extraction, validation, and myDATA**. You can **sync** or **export** to your ledger/ERP.
Is my data used to train other customers’ AI?
No. Your account runs a **private AI model**; **client documents** are **not** used to train global models.
